Artist Daniella Dooling calls her strange creatures THE SILVER LOCUSTS, installed at Michael Steinberg Fine Art Gallery in Chelsea. The impressive show is shocking and funny at the same time, more information about it here. Needless to say, I shot the images without additional lights in raw format, the gallery light was difficult to balance and the contrasts needed a little tweak. I wanted to give them an almost black and white look, since there is no color involved in Daniella's installation.
