Boscoe Holder
Boscoe Holder, one of Trinidad's foremost painters, passed away in April 2007. I am thinking of him today, because we used to have a great time at his beautiful house in Port Of Spain visiting him with Luise Kimme (below under a painting by Boscoe of his wife Sheila). Kimme and I will meet in Cuba in a few days to work on our next book "Luise Kimme: Bolero", which will be designed there by Jose Limonta. The cover will show a sculpture called 'Boscoe'...
Boscoe's Brother Goeffrey Holder wrote the preface to my book "MOKO JUMBIES: The dancing Spirits of Trinidad"
