Hair24Hours, the Hair and Nail Salon on Madison Avenue and 28th street in Manhattan is open around the clock. And judging from the many hours writer Claudia Steinberg and I spent there recently working on this fun story for yesterdays issue of German taz , the lovely and multi-talented owner Kim Jihee will be there, no matter what time of day or night you show up.
