Artist Cordula Volkening (above with her friend Lisa), who was diagnosed with advanced brain cancer a few month ago and has produced 40 paintings since, almost sold out her entire show called WOULD YOU LIKE AN INVITATION TO MY DESTINATION? at the Brooklyn Artist's Gym during the opening tonight. The room was packed and towards the end only six paintings (out of 40 !!) were still available.
